Meditation & Mindfulness Practice
Every Tuesday | 7:00 – 9:00 pm (19:00–21:00)
Learn and practice how to meditate effectively and experience the many health, wellness, and relational benefits of meditation (see list below)—the foundation of a mature mindfulness practice.
After a brief introduction, Martin will guide you through progressive states of awakening via disidentification and integration—from the Gross (material and physical), to the Subtle (mental), the Causal (emotional), the Transcendental (pure witness), and ultimately into the Nondual realm of deep presence, awakening, and integration.
Following the meditation, we explore how to apply these states in daily life through mindfulness—the practice of responding from present-moment awareness rather than reacting from unconscious conditioning. You will learn how to use your mind as a creative tool, rather than letting it use you, to live with greater clarity, emotional balance, freedom, joy, and purpose.
We will also explore the essential differences between waking up (spiritual realization), growing up (emotional and developmental maturity), cleaning up (healing childhood conditioning and trauma), and showing up (contributing meaningfully to the world), as well as how to avoid spiritual bypassing—using spiritual practices to avoid unresolved emotional or psychological work.
The evening concludes with guided mindfulness practice, cultivating full awareness of what arises moment by moment—within and around us.

These benefits arise from calming the sympathetic nervous system through meditation, and from stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system through mindful present-moment awareness of body, mind, and heart (feelings/emotions), which activates the Ventral Vagal “social engagement” nervous system and supports a greater sense of safety, connection, and well-being.
