Trance Dance is an ancient ritual practice that combines free movement, conscious breathing, and hypnotic tribal music to induce a natural altered state of consciousness. In this expanded state, body and soul open to deep healing and inner revelation.
A powerful Breathwork process woven into the experience will guide you out of the thinking mind and into the depth of your being.
